Singlewire will be upgrading the InformaCast Fusion/Mobile infrastructure to version 12.7.1 with work taking place on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019, between the hours of 9:00 PM CDT and 11:59 PM CDT. There will be no loss of service during this infrastructure upgrade.
We will send you a verification email once the infrastructure upgrade is complete. Your server will automatically download the upgrade files, typically within 24 hours. Once downloaded, you will then need to upgrade your on-premises InformaCast Fusion server(s), as outlined in our knowledge base article, Planning Your Fusion Server Upgrades.
