Our telephony provider has reported general improvements with SMS delivery. However, new, unrelated delays are reported sending to AT&T devices. We will keep this incident until this last issue is resolved.

Our telephony providers are currently reporting normal and expected delivery times for all messaging services that we depend on. We will continue to monitor the situation before we consider the situation entirely resolved.

Our telephony providers are beginning to report recovery on SMS deliveries. While not resolved, they are on the right path. We are expecting additional information from them within the next hour.

At this time, SMS delivery to enduser handsets seems to be delayed by 4-5 minutes. We will continue to monitor the situation and update this incident as we learn more.

While our temporary workaround is working as intended, our telephony providers are now having general SMS delivery delay issues. Customers may see SMS messages labelled as Sent via InformaCast Fusion/Mobile but not actually receive messages on end user phones.
We are tracking this situation with our telephony provider and will update this incident as we learn more.

We have applied a temporary workaround to our Telephony configuration. At this time, no customers should be experiencing issues with SMS delivery.

Our automated monitoring system has detected SMS delivery issues for some customers. We are investigating on our end and have engaged with our telephony providers. The vast majority of our customers are not impacted.
We will update this incident within 1 hour or when we learn more.
