Resolved - We have released version 3.16.2 of our Android app with a fix and it should be available for download shortly. Please update the app on any affected devices via the Google PlayStore when 3.16.2 is available.

Investigating - Users running our Android app on phones with Android 10 and Google Play Services version 20.26.14 are currently unable to trigger or receive Area of Interest notifications. We've identified the issue and are working on a fix.

Scheduled - We have scheduled an upgrade for our InformaCast Fusion/Mobile infrastructure for Wednesday, August 12th, 2020. Work will be completed between the hours of 7:00 PM and 11:59 PM Central Time.

Upgrades will be made to the Administrative WebApp which may cause page load failure. If you experience this issue, simply refresh the page. The MobileApp will not experience this behavior. 


We will send you a verification email once the infrastructure upgrades are complete. Your server will automatically download the upgrade files, typically within 24 hours. Once downloaded, you will then need to upgrade your on-premises InformaCast Fusion server(s), as outlined in our knowledge base article, Planning Your Fusion Server Upgrades.
