Resolved - We have successfully deployed a fix for Cloud Userloader provisioning. At this time, all functionality has been restored.

Update - We have identified a fix for Cloud Userloader functionality. At this time, it is being tested and validated.

We will next update this issue in 1 hour with our timeline to deploy the fix and re-enable Cloud Userloader provisioning.

Identified - We have identified a situation with our Cloud Userloader functionality generating artificial system load that could prevent other InformaCast functions from responding normally. As a temporary measure, we will be disabling Cloud Userloader provisioning. They will be reenabled when we have a fix deployed.

We will next update this issue in 1 hour with our timeline to deploy the fix and re-enable Cloud Userloader provisioning.

Scheduled - We have scheduled an upgrade for our InformaCast Fusion/Mobile infrastructure for Wednesday, June 29th, 2022. Work will be completed between the hours of 7:00 PM and 11:59 PM Central Time.

You may experience page-loading failures due to upgrades on the Administration Console. If you experience this issue, simply refresh the page. The InformaCast app will not experience this behavior.

You may see periodic system health alarm notifications, alerting you that your on-premises servers have entered a RED state. These RED states are temporary and expected. They should resolve on their own within several minutes.
