Our database system has a pending upgrade that will be applied this week. During the upgrade, our system will failover to our backup database instance. At the moment of failover, certain requests may timeout. If you experience timeouts, please try again and they should work without issue.

Please Note: As part of this work, system health alarms may periodically alert you that your on-premises servers have entered a RED state. These RED states are temporary and expected. They should resolve on their own within several minutes.
