The InformaCast Fusion/Mobile upgrade has encountered issues during the upgrade. At this time, we are rolling back the upgrade and restoring our database to a pre-upgrade snapshot. We will update you as we continue with this process.

Singlewire will be upgrading the InformaCast Fusion/Mobile infrastructure on Monday, July 1st, 2019. Work will be completed between the hours of 7:00 PM Central Time and 10:00 PM Central Time.
There will be two short service outages of 7 to 10 minutes each during this upgrade.
We will send you a verification email once the infrastructure upgrades are complete. Your server will automatically download the upgrade files, typically within 24 hours. Once downloaded, you will then need to upgrade your on-premises InformaCast Fusion server(s), as outlined in our knowledge base article, Planning Your Fusion Server Upgrades.
