Singlewire Software will perform scheduled maintenance on Sunday, August 4th, 2019, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:59 p.m. CDT that will result in a data-loss event for InformaCast Mobile and Fusion customers.

Singlewire will enable encryption-at-rest at this time. This will result in a loss of any new data created during the maintenance window, including configuration changes and notification history.

Users can successfully send and receive InformaCast notifications during this time.
