We have scheduled an upgrade for our InformaCast Fusion/Mobile infrastructure for Wednesday, March 22nd. Work will be completed between the hours of 7:30 PM and 8:59 PM Central Time.
During this work, notifications that require network communications into or out of your on-premises network will fail to deliver for approximately 10 minutes. Syncing operations are similarly impacted. Bell schedules are not be impacted by this outage.
At the conclusion of this work, on-premise notifications and syncing operations will resume per normal.
