The outage portion of the Database update has been completed. At this time, service has been restored. We will continue to restore access to historical data over the next 24 hours.

Singlewire will be upgrading the InformaCast Fusion/Mobile infrastructure from Saturday, June 6th, 2020, starting at 7:00 PM Central Time, to Sunday, June 7th, 2020, ending at 7:00 PM Central Time. There will be a brief service outage lasting about 10 minutes.

During this event, Singlewire will be implementing changes to the Fusion/Mobile database to enable faster recall of notification history reports and improve system scalability.

Users can expect the Fusion/Mobile service to be fully operational after a 10 minute outage, but access to the full history of notification reports and data will be limited. We anticipate data for the previous week of notifications to be available within one hour of the service outage event and the full history to be available within 24 hours.
