If you send an IPAWS alert via InformaCast and it indicates that an alert was not received by IPAWS, Alerting Authorities should retry sending the message immediately.

InformaCast Local User Loader - Load Requests Failing

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring - We've implemented a fix for this issue and have internally verified. It is now live. We are monitoring the results.

Identified - The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Investigating - We’ve identified an issue with the InformaCast Local User loader where load request jobs may fail to complete, causing users not to be loaded. We are currently investigating the root cause of this issue. There is no known workaround at this time.

We have no reports of the Cloud User Loader being impacted by this issue.

Scheduled - We have scheduled an update for our InformaCast Fusion/Mobile infrastructure for Tuesday, May 14th. Work will be completed between the hours of 7:00 PM and 11:59 PM Central Time.

You may experience page-loading failures due to upgrades on the Administration Console. If you experience this issue, simply refresh the page. The InformaCast app will not experience this behavior.
