Singlewire’s InformaCast Fusion and Mobile services experienced an outage today (Wednesday, August 29th, 2018) between approximately 10:10 a.m. CST and 11:10 a.m. CST.
Singlewire’s Operations Team was automatically notified of the outage and begin working on service restoration immediately. We’ve completed a root cause analysis and believe the outage was caused by our cloud service provider. We are working with our cloud service provider to ensure this issue doesn’t reoccur.
